Does the 3 % rate apply to every loan type?
Yes. Every GFR Finance GmbH financing is calculated at a fixed annual rate of 3 %. Only the minimum and maximum amounts and the available terms differ per product.
How long does the review of my application take?
You normally receive a first answer within 24 to 48 hours after we have your complete documents. You can see the current status at any time in your client account.
Which documents do I need?
For most applications an official identity document, proof of income for the last three months and proof of address are sufficient. Companies also provide a current register extract.
Is my client account created automatically?
Yes. As soon as you submit the application we create your account and send the access details to your e-mail address. There you will find your file, your messages, your amortisation table and your contracts.
What is the difference between “My RIB” and “Deposit”?
“My RIB” shows the bank details assigned to your file. Under “Deposit” you will find the GFR Finance GmbH bank details for payments and the field to upload your proof of payment.
Can I repay early?
Yes. Additional repayments and full early settlement of the outstanding balance are possible at any time, free of charge.
Is insurance mandatory?
No. Payment protection, balance protection and home cover are optional additional products. You can take out financing without insurance.
In which language will I receive my contract?
In the language you choose. German is the default; on request we issue your contract in another European language.
How is my data protected?
Transmission is encrypted, access is limited to authorised staff, and processing follows the GDPR. You will find the details in the privacy policy.
Can I complete my application later?
Yes. You can upload missing documents at any time in your client account. We notify you by message and e-mail as soon as something is missing.
